YOUR DATA AND SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account and Information

These terms include how qqdwp protects your personal and payment data. We encrypt all account data in transit and at rest, and we never share your payment details with third parties outside…

Encryption Standard

All qqdwp connections use TLS 1.2 or higher. Your payment details are tokenised and never stored in plain text on our servers.

Account Verification

We verify your identity and address before your first withdrawal. Players in Makassar or Semarang follow the same verification flow as all Indonesia regions.

Data Retention

Account history, transaction logs and identity documents are kept for seven years after closure for fraud audit and regulatory compliance.

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA in your account settings to add an SMS code step at login. This is optional but we recommend it for extra security.

Withdrawal Verification

Before any withdrawal, we confirm your identity against your original registration data and check for linked accounts or suspicious patterns.

Data Access Requests

Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We'll send your full personal and transaction data within 10 business days.

Common Questions About Our Terms

Here are the questions we hear most often about qqdwp's terms. If yours isn't listed, reach out to our support team—they'll clarify how any term applies to your specific situation.

Account closure is permanent. Your active balance is refunded to your registered payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank transfer) within 5 business days. After closure, you cannot reopen the same account; a new registration requires a 90-day waiting period.

No. Creating multiple accounts violates our terms and triggers account suspension and wallet forfeiture. We detect linked accounts via payment method, device ID, email and IP address. If you have a second account, close it immediately through our support team.

All qqdwp transactions use TLS 1.2 encryption. Your payment details (card or wallet) are never stored on our servers in plain text. We tokenise them and hand off the token to our payment processor. Only DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS handle the actual transfer.

We may close your account if you breach these terms—for example, using false identity documents, depositing from a third party's account, or attempting to manipulate games. If we close your account, we'll notify you within 24 hours and refund your wallet balance to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

Contact our support team within 48 hours of the disputed transaction. Provide your account ID and transaction date. We investigate all disputes and either reverse the charge or explain why the transaction is valid. If unresolved, formal arbitration applies per these terms.

Yes, we may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email and in-app alert at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after the notice period means you accept the new terms. You may close your account if you disagree.

Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We'll send your full account history, transaction records, identity documents and any personal details we hold within 10 business days. You can also request deletion or correction of inaccurate data.
